A Private Cloud is dedicated compute, dedicated storage, and a dedicated network underneath, sized to the workload and operated by us. Nothing is shared with another customer. The hypervisor is yours to choose: Proxmox by default, VMware on request.
Use it when the workload needs predictable performance under contention, when compliance excludes shared placement, or when the capacity reservation is large enough that dedicated hardware costs the same or less than a pool. Two Troy datacenters are available for placement.

AMD EPYC hosts allocated to your tenant alone. Core count, socket count, and memory sized to the workload.
All-NVMe storage on Ceph, isolated from the shared cloud pool. Triple replication is the floor.
Proxmox is the default; VMware and other hypervisors are supported where the contract calls for them.

Why pick Private Cloud over the shared tier?
Workloads that need predictable performance under contention, compliance constraints that exclude shared multi-tenant placement, or capacity reservations large enough that dedicated hardware costs the same or less. We will tell you on the first call which side of the line your workload falls on.
Can I bring my own VMware or other hypervisor?
Yes. Proxmox is the default underneath and is what we operate every day; VMware deployments are supported on dedicated hardware where the contract calls for them. Licensing rolls into the contract or stays on your account, depending on which makes sense.
Who operates the cluster?
Our team. We patch the hypervisor, maintain the storage layer, run the network, and respond to incidents. Your team operates the VMs and the workloads on top. Managed Services can be added if you want our team to run the workloads as well.
