Reseller hosting hands a parent account to an agency, a consultant, or an internal team that wants to run many child sites under one bill. Fully-managed deployments let our team operate the platform end-to-end: the server, the application stack, the upgrades, the security patching, the backups.

Reseller is the default surface for an agency hosting customer sites; fully-managed picks up the work of running the WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla, or Drupal stack on top, so the agency can focus on the application and the customer. All of it runs on the same NVMe storage and AS 53292 backbone behind the rest of the cloud.

Shared is one account on a multi-tenant server, sized for a single site or a small handful. Reseller is a parent account that holds many child sites, billed to one operator (an agency, a consultant, an internal IT team). Fully-managed is a deployment our team operates end-to-end: the platform, the application, the upgrades, the security patching. We will help pick on the first call.
Can a digital agency run their customers' sites on us?
Yes. Reseller hosting on cPanel is the default surface for agencies. Each customer gets a sub-account inside your reseller account; you bill them, we host them. For an agency that wants us to operate the application stack as well, fully-managed picks up that work.
What about migrations from another host?
Standard. We move the files, the database, the email, and the DNS, and stay on the line for the cutover. For a reseller account, we move the whole tree in one pass. Migration time is bundled into onboarding on most plans.
