A multi-continent anycast edge, seven years and counting
Their cloud security platform runs on BGP-anycasted IP space we issue and operate. We handle the colocation in four sites, including markets we don't own. We run the Cogent and Telia cross-connects, the BGP, and the network operations. They run the security stack. We run the network and facilities under it. One vendor relationship, four datacenters, two continents.
Cabinet, transit, and a BGP engineer who answers when a route degrades
Their voice traffic crosses our network 24/7. They grew from a partial cabinet to a full one with redundant circuits, and they rely on us to operate the underlying BGP, including the route engineering when a transit peer congests. We carry the carrier.
WAN circuits across three countries, on one contract
Their plants and datacenters span Dearborn, Dallas, and Mexico City. We deliver point-to-point Ethernet between them, coordinating Transtelco for the Mexico last-mile, peering BGP with their core at every site, and running the 24/7 NOC when a transit path flaps. One contract, one ticket queue, one phone number.
Twenty years across every product we sell
A Detroit-area agency has hosted their customers' workloads on our infrastructure since 2006. Their flagship customer is a global engineering software vendor. The agency has run that account for over 25 years; we've been hosting it for them since 2009. The workload has moved through hosting, DirectAdmin management, colocation, private cloud, and disaster recovery as it grew.
Same shared hosting since 2008
An independent professional in Southeast Michigan signed up for shared cPanel hosting from us in 2008. Eighteen years later, we still host his site and his email. Same plan. Same monthly bill. We didn't churn him to a bigger plan he doesn't need; he didn't leave for a cheaper one.
